From the moment I walked in, this experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and beautifully designed — soft lighting, soothing music, and a subtle spa scent that instantly made me relax. The treatment itself was next level. It started with a gentle scalp analysis and consultation, which made everything feel personalized and thoughtful. The deep cleansing process felt incredibly refreshing, and the warm steam combined with the slow, intentional scalp massage completely melted away my stress. I honestly lost track of time because I was so relaxed. The pressure points, the rhythmic massage techniques, and the way they worked through my scalp and neck were pure bliss. It wasn’t just a hair treatment — it felt like a full mind-and-body reset. I even caught myself drifting off to sleep. When it was finished, my scalp felt clean and light, and my hair was unbelievably soft, shiny, and full of life. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and glowing. If you’re looking for the ultimate self-care experience, I cannot recommend a Joon by Joe Bae enough. Totally get that they are more of a luxury spot but wish it was more on the affordable side. Still hands down one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had, and I’ll definitely be back again.

Joe has thought through such care with this head spa and thought about the ultimate luxury. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The thoughtfully curated deep cleanse will get you coming back and reschedule. As a mom of three, Joon will be added to my self care routine for my go to stress relief. This salon is a little peace of heaven in Bellevue. From the minute you walk in the atmosphere is calm and chilled. The treatments are amazing and unbelievably relaxing. Any of the stylists that I have had afterward the treatments have done a great job with my blow dry too. I would highly recommend visiting this salon and Joe Bae Salon too which I am also a client of too.

Overall experience was amazing! They did a wonderful job taking care of me from start to finish. I fell asleep during my tranquil and indulging experience. I also enjoyed getting to learn about the health of my scalp. My scalp has never felt so rejuvenated. And my blowout looks so voluminous and sophisticated. Thank you for your services.

My first head spa in years and I'm grateful to the Joon by Joe Bae team for providing such an amazing and comprehensive experience! I chose the Luxe Gold (2 hour) treatment and was given a choice of scents for my experience and immediately led to a personal locker and changing area, where I was provided a comfortable robe and slippers to change into. From there, I met Starr, who led me to a salon chair and provided a pre-scalp analysis and broke down each and every aspect of my scalp and hair health, covering everything from follicle density to oil production. She provided an expert consultation regarding my concerns about my hair and scalp and answered all of my questions with professionalism and nuance. After the analysis, I was led to a quiet and serene room for my scalp and hair treatment. Starr kindly provided a customized and detailed breakdown of the products she was going to cleanse my hair and scalp with, putting me at ease as I'm generally pretty picky about what goes into my hair. A towel and weighted blanket were provided for extra comfort and my cleansing, hydrating, neck and shoulder therapy, hot towel hand therapy, mist cap, and waterfall rinse were all refreshing and extremely relaxing, it was difficult not to fall asleep. Upon the completion of the treatment, I was led to a calm room and given a choice between coffee, teas, and water and while I waited for my stylist. I had some of the green tea, which was a great way to reenergize and smoothly transition back to the styling area. Within 10 minutes, I meet my stylist Daisy who leads me to a salon chair and she provides the post scalp analysis, essentially showcasing a before and after comparison for my treatment and recommended helpful products to keep my scalp health consistent. She blow dries my hair and provides a hydrating leave in conditioner and heat protectant to avoid heat damage. She then leads me back to the changing area and lockers to retrieve my things. To finish things off, I received a take home Milbon hydrating booster recommended by Daisy, complimentary with the Luxe Gold treatment. There were also many other Milbon products available to purchase and I decided to take home the hydrating leave in conditioner as well. Overall, the entire experience was excellent from start to finish and really teaches you a lot about how to maintain and improve your scalp and hair health and provides a relaxing environment for you to treat yourself at the same time. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!
